Our systems are important but our people are paramount. We find that too many times leadership teams begin to value processes and systems over people. We strive to not fall into that trap. We view our staff as the heart of our company,our technology as the legs and our processes as the guiding path. Without a healthy heart pumping the legs will not work. Without the legs, the heart cannot move. Without a path we will wander aimlessly without direction. This interdependence is key to our success.
